About me

I have worked in complementary health since 2009 when I qualified as a homeopath. Learning to take care of mine, and my young families, health as naturally and holistically was very important to me. It was so successful that I wanted to be able to pass this on to others.

A few years down the line I felt I wanted to increase my knowledge and skills, and so my love of holistic massage began. I had had massages myself in the past, but thanks to the training I received, discovered the amazing relaxation that massage can provide. 

Following the train of thought of relaxation I went on to qualify in Reiki, Crystal Healing, seated massage, relaxing facial massage, and most recently Oncology Massage.

All the treatments I offer are focussed on your wellbeing and relaxation, some time out for yourself or a loved one.

I have lived in Norfolk for most of my life being a Norfolk born & bred gal.

I have 3 grown-up sons of whom I am so proud, I love walking and travelling and just spending time with my important people.
